TrustPath provides data protection and security compliance services. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our service and any service or material we provide at any time without notice.

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BytePath OÜ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrustPath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to users. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
